WEIGHT LOSS TO DATE

Starting Weight = 14stone 5lbs when I started this blog back in 2013I had already been dieting on my own aftr I had my 3rd child in May 2010.  My weight after giving birth was 16 stone 7lbs!

This year (2016) I would like to really get rid of my belly by using a combination of weights, cardio and PIYO. In addition, logging my calories on myfitnesspal rather than join a slimming group.  I've decided to use my steamer for lunch dishes i.e salmon and veg, chicken and veg and ditch the ryvita. Yoghurt and fruit for breakfast and normal sized dinner of an evening i.e shepherd's pie, roast, fajita. I don't like to be eating different to the rest of the family. I'm not a big drinker so that won't be a problem. As they say "a six pact is achieved in the kitchen". Exercise is great but makes up 20% of your weight loss.

    1. Hello, I do use light ones during a boot camp workout - I chop and change my routines but I really enjoy them.

    3. I just forget to log it and I did stay the same etc I'm 13 stone 7 currently and aiming for being back under 13 for Xmas x
