Monday Weigh In

-lb by the skin of my skinny skin skin! Haven't exercised for two weeks on Wednesday. Still recovering from my little flu but have been eating much better since Saturday really.  This is going to be short and sweet I'm afraid. Busy week ahead - gingerbread house to construct and decorate, load of PTA stuff leading up to the Xmas fair, gingerbread reindeer to make and pack, husband has spinal injection Thursday and collapse on Saturday evening.

  2. On the doctor's advice, I cut 90 percent of the sugar out of my diet a couple of weeks ago and 50 percent of the carbohydrates I eat. The result ... 2lbs weight loss despite the baby growing and growing. I knew I ate a lot of crap but didn't realise quite how much. Training myself to believe that clementines are as good as cream eggs.

    Hope you're feeling better. I imagine December and Christmas in your house to be amazing x

    1. Wow - yes you do have issues with chocolate! Did you have the diabetes test I never bothered. Ahh thank you re Christmas we don't tend to peak too early! Decs out 2 weeks max but lots of baking xx
